Freedom Fresh sauces can be used all year round. I find the Tikka Masala makes a fabulous marinade for chicken or fish. Place 4 thin chickens breasts (I would bash out a chicken breast to make it thinner as it cooks through better on the barbeque or buy prepared chicken like this) in a dish and pour over ½ a pack of Freedom Fresh Tikka Masala sauce. Marinade in fridge for a couple of hours. Make sure your barbeque is nice and hot; grill marinated chicken until cooked through.
You can also marinade fillets of cod or haddock to give a lovely curry flavour to fish and quite an unusual barbeque item. Great if you have guest who does not eat meat.
