Create a delicious light meal with Freedom Fresh Thai Green Curry sauce, use tofu a healthy alternative to meat.
Use a mixture of courgettes, peppers, sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn. Cut into strips and fry quickly in a wok. Add Freedom Fresh Thai Green sauce and strips of drained tofu.
