Indonesian Fish Curry

Indonesian Fish CurryUse a firm white fish like cod, haddock or pollack. Chop into bite sized chunks. Salmon could equally be used or a pack of mixed seafood. Gently fry some shallots or a small onion, add Freedom Fresh Indonesian Coconut curry sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the chopped fish and some frozen peas or beans. Simmer for 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve with white rice.
