This is quite luxurious dish but you make it cheaper by replacing the Rump steak with ordinary frying steak.
Cut about 300g of Rump steak into strips. Chop small red and yellow pepper and a red onion into thin strips.
In a hot pan sear the rump steak quickly, add peppers and onions and fry for a couple of minutes until soft. Add Freedom Fresh Brazilian Caseria Pimento sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and beans, tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa for a South American twist.
